Background: CloudConnect prides itself in our ability to provide our partners with superior on-shore technical support for technical issues related to the CloudConnect Platform.  It's important to keep in mind that CloudConnect provides support only to employees and representatives of active CloudConnect Partners.  CloudConnect support does not engage directly with end user organizations.  Ensuring end user organizations have the best experience is our top priority.  In order to ensure a great experience, Technical Support requires deep cooperation with our partners.
