Verify FSMO Roles are Transferred

Background: CloudConnect requires that Domain Controllers hosted on the platform hold all 5 FSMO roles. To ensure a seamless experience decommissioning the on-premise Domain Controller, it is important to verify that these roles have transferred successfully.
Process:
1.) Open a command prompt on a domain-joined computer.
2.) Run the following command:
netdom query fsmo
3.) Verify that all 5 FSMO roles are pointing toward the Cloud DC.
